Once a practice signs with ACI, staff go to work immediately. Initial contact is usually mailed to new accounts within the first 24 hours, as well as an acknowledgment to you. The accounts then become part of an ACI collector’s work file, or queue, and tactful contact is made with the responsible party every 2 weeks until accounts are brought up to date.

ACI’s computer system provides the flexibility to segregate your accounts in many different ways while generating several types of monthly performance analyses Our commission rate, based solely on dollars collected, is all-inclusive. There are no hidden or additional charges. We also have a pre-collect letter series available priced according to your needs.
